Silver in the Organisation Category at the 13th Sabah Tourism Leadership Awards
We are proud to announce that Friends of Sea Turtles Education & Research (FOSTER) has been awarded Silver in the Organisation Category at the 13th Sabah Tourism Leadership Awards.
This recognition is a meaningful milestone for us, affirming our ongoing commitment to marine conservation, environmental education, and sustainable tourism in Sabah. It reflects the collective efforts of our dedicated team, partners, volunteers, and supporters who have continuously stood with us in protecting sea turtles and preserving our natural heritage.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Sabah Tourism Board and the organisers of the 13th Sabah Tourism Leadership Awards for this honour. Most importantly, thank you to everyone who believes in our mission, this achievement belongs to all of you.

Release of the 30,000th baby turtle on the 2nd March 2018.
This day marked the special occasion of the release of more than 30,000 hatchlings at Libaran since the signing of the MOU with SWD on 27th June 2013.
